After two years of trying to buy the rights to Viagra in the UK, a free radical LGBT-friendly movement has just begun to follow suit.
Pfizer’s Viagra has become the first pill for a revolutionary new sex-drive regulation that is aimed at men who aren’t ready to have sex.
In a bid to keep the sex-drive industry lucrative, the US-based pharmaceutical giant was forced to rethink its stance. Last month, Pfizer announced it was going to discontinue its controversial Viagra-related advertising campaign, and will no longer promote it on social media.
But in the meantime, many men around the world are struggling to pay attention.
The decision comes as the world is taking note of a sudden surge in the number of men who are turning to the drug for sex.
The global erectile dysfunction (ED) epidemic is expected to grow to 1.2 billion by 2055.
The global ED epidemic has been exacerbated by the rise in the number of “trans” men who have turned to the drug for sex.
The drug, which is sold under the brand name Viagra, has faced criticism from some health authorities, including the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and UK health regulators, over its advertising for the drug in the US and UK.
The FDA and the UK regulators also were concerned by a warning that the drug could increase the risk of death from heart attacks.
“This could increase the risk of heart attacks, strokes and heart attacks in the long run, and may even increase the risk of heart disease in the short term,” the FDA’s Dr David Brown, director of the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, told AFP.
“However, there has also been concern over the possible adverse effects of the drug on other body systems, such as the brain and nerves.”
The US-based drugmaker will continue to promote Viagra in the US and UK, and will not be able to claim that it has been involved in any of these cases.
The UK regulator, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), warned Pfizer earlier this year that the US drugmaker was going to discontinue the campaign, and will no longer promote it.
“Pfizer is committed to making an informed decision, and we will continue to support Pfizer and the medical community on this issue,” the MHRA stated.
“As the world is becoming increasingly aware of the impact of the US drug industry on the health and wellbeing of individuals, our commitment to fighting against ED is paramount in the fight to ensure the safety, efficacy and quality of drugs that are used to treat this common condition are of the highest quality and are approved by regulatory authorities around the world.”
Viagra has been available on the Internet since 1998, and has been approved by the FDA since 2003. The drug’s name is Viagra.
Pfizer’s Viagra has been used by more than half of all ED sufferers in the US, and more than three-quarters of all men who have it.
Pfizer says that the drug has been used by almost 40 million men in the US.
It is only effective for one to two minutes, and Viagra is only available as a generic.
Viagra is approved by the FDA and is approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
The US pharmaceutical giant has also rejected Pfizer’s request for a price increase.
Pfizer’s decision to back the drug with a price increase for the first time in five years is a victory for men who want to be treated with the drug and for all men struggling with erectile dysfunction.
“The decision to continue promoting Viagra is a victory for men with erectile dysfunction who were previously discouraged from seeking treatment because of the stigma surrounding it.
